Role Overview

As a volunteer, you will support ROOT’s mission by assisting with community outreach, event coordination, and communication efforts. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about rural empowerment, social good, and hands-on engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• 📢 Community Outreach: Help organize awareness sessions, workshops, and local events.
• ✍️ Communication Support: Assist in drafting fundraising CTAs, social media posts, and promotional materials.
• 🤝 Volunteer Coordination: Support team activities, mobilize local volunteers, and maintain engagement.
• 📊 Data & Reporting: Collect feedback from communities and contribute to impact reports.
• 🌍 Field Support: Participate in rural visits, distribute materials, and engage directly with beneficiaries.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong communication skills (Bangla and English preferred).
• Interest in rural development, education, or nonprofit work.
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to diverse community settings.
• Basic computer literacy (Word, Excel, social media platforms).
