The camp was organized in collaboration with local hospitals, blood banks, and healthcare professionals, who ensured that all donations were collected safely and according to standard medical procedures. Before donating, participants received basic health screenings, including blood pressure and hemoglobin checks, to ensure they were eligible to donate safely.
The event brought together youth volunteers, community members, and local leaders, promoting a culture of compassion, social responsibility, and community service. Awareness sessions highlighted the importance of regular voluntary blood donation and addressed common misconceptions about the donation process.
Through this initiative, ROOT helped strengthen community support for emergency healthcare services while contributing to a more reliable supply of safe blood for patients requiring surgery, emergency treatment, maternal care, and other critical medical services.
